South Africa, Benin, Kenya, Senegal, Togo | Development of data collection and visualisation tools for the IYBA-SEED project
Implemented over a 4-year period by Expertise France, Enabel, GIZ, SAIDC and SNV, the IYBA-SEED project aims to invest in start-ups and support the development of entrepreneurial ecosystems in Africa.
Red Mangrove was commissioned to develop tools for collecting and displaying data linked to the indicators in the project’s logical framework.
These tools feed into the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning system of the various donors in all the regions. The work involved taking stock of capacities and designing a data feedback scheme that takes into account the constraints of each organisation, combining software to produce interactive dashboards using Excel and PowerBI.
