Comoros | Monitoring, evaluation and learning system for the entrepreneurial diaspora support project
Lead by Expertise France, this project responds to the need for Comoros to encourage local initiatives to create micro-businesses or micro-structures that generate jobs and added value, and to valorize its growing diaspora, in order to stem the loss of human capital due to the considerable level of expatriation of young islanders.
Red Mangrove was commissioned to design a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation system for the project, in order to offer feedback and guide its implementation, and facilitate both bottom-up (donors) and top-down (beneficiaries) accountability.
