COMOROS | Monitoring-Evaluation-Learning of the “Komor Initative” project for the insertion of Comorian youth

Red Mangrove helped developing the “Komor Initiative” project, which aimed at making the labour market easier to enter for young Comorians by strengthening and modernizing the socio-professional training system and better structuring the national integration and support systems for employment.

Red Mangrove supported Expertise France in the technical set-up, implementation and appropriation of the project’s Monitoring-Evaluation-Learning system. Specifically, it aimed to accompany the project’s team in the development of the framework and monitoring tools, while training them in their use, to then provide technical assistance to facilitate the collection, monitoring, analysis, capitalization of the data and project results.
