LEBANON | Evaluation of 25 years of AFD operations
As part of this transversal and historical analysis, Red Mangrove supervised the evaluation of the education sector (including initial training, higher education, vocational training and socio-economic integration) through a literature review, in-depth analysis of 4 flagship projects and a transversal and historical analysis of the agency’s positioning, opportunities and past strategy.
The evaluation called for a retrospective posture to feed the agency’s strategic reflections by analyzing the country’s different historical sequences and AFD’s position, thus enabling it to pursue its activity by building on its strengths, and learning from its mistakes.
