MAURITANIA | Final evaluation of the Temeyouz project
Launched in July 2020 with funding from the Agence Française de Développement and the MINKA Fund, the TEMEYOUZ project, implemented by Expertise France, aims to strengthen access to basic services for Mauritanian populations at national level and in the fragile regions in the east of the country.
Red Mangrove in partnership with the consulting firm ICI Santé, was commissioned to evaluate the strategies implemented by EF, the Mauritanian Ministry of Health and the other project partners. More specifically, the evaluation aims to establish an overall assessment of the project in relation to the initial objectives and the actions carried out, while highlighting the main strengths and weaknesses and capitalizing on the good practices.
